Eight in-person sessions with experts involved in pregnancy and postpartum care at Clínica Mulher: Obstetrics, Specialist Maternal and Obstetric Health Nursing, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Psychology, Human Sexuality and IBCLC-certified Lactation Consultancy. A practical programme designed to prepare you for birth, returning home, maternal recovery, breastfeeding and the transition to a new family routine. Groups of six couples.
