1.<\/strong> These general conditions are agreed between CL\u00cdNICA DA MULHER \u2013 WOMANPOWER HEALTHCARE, LDA<\/strong>, with registered office at Rua de Campolide, 351 A, 1070-034 Lisbon, Portugal, tax identification number 517 919 346, ERS Registration E177273, contact +351 210 063 160, hereinafter referred to as “Cl\u00ednica Mulher”, and any persons wishing to use the services provided through the website www.clinicamulher.pt<\/a>, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.<\/p>\n

Cl\u00ednica Mulher and its service providers may opt to apply a booking fee in order to minimise no-shows, thereby maximising access for all patients to the services offered by Cl\u00ednica Mulher.<\/p>\n

2.2<\/span><\/strong> To place an order, the User must:<\/p>\n

\n

a) Complete the booking form on the website www.clinicamulher.pt<\/a>, providing the information requested therein, or contact the contact centre by phone at +351 210 063 160<\/a> or via WhatsApp at +351 936 780 009<\/a>.<\/p>\n

b) In contact with Cl\u00ednica Mulher’s concierge, provide the requested information, namely the desired service (and the practitioner, if applicable), the date and time, as well as the patient’s full name, date of birth, and the tax identification number and name to appear on the invoice for tax purposes.<\/p>\n

c) Where a booking fee applies, a payment link will be sent to the User. The User has a maximum period of 24 hours to make the payment and confirm the booking. If payment is not made within this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled without prior notice. Cancellation due to non-payment frees the slot, allowing another patient to benefit from that time.<\/p>\n

d) Payment for services \u2014 with the exception of programmes, packs, and the booking fee, which are paid in advance \u2014 shall be made on the day of the consultation or examination, at the time of check-in.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2.3<\/span> <\/strong>The User’s final confirmation of the booking constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the available services, as well as of these General Conditions of Sale, which shall be the only conditions applicable to the contract thus concluded.<\/p>\n

2.4<\/span> <\/strong>Cl\u00ednica Mulher will honour orders initiated online. In the event of unavailability of the service, Cl\u00ednica Mulher undertakes to inform the User as soon as reasonably possible.<\/p>\n

2.5<\/span><\/strong> The data appearing on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. The confirmation request is sent by Cl\u00ednica Mulher, and confirmation must be provided electronically or by telephone by 12:00 noon on the day before the consultation or examination.<\/p>\n

3.2<\/span><\/strong> Failure to confirm by the end of the morning of the day before the scheduled date may result in the cancellation of the consultation or examination and the allocation of the slot to another patient, without further prior notice.<\/p>\n

3.3<\/span><\/strong> In the event of prior payment of a booking fee but failure to confirm by 12:00 noon on the day before the scheduled date, the slot may be allocated to another patient. If the slot is allocated to another patient resulting in the cancellation of the consultation or examination, the booking fee will be refunded.<\/p>\n

3.4<\/span><\/strong> In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the booking fee may not be refundable, except in exceptional circumstances duly justified and subject to assessment by Cl\u00ednica Mulher.<\/p>\n

a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
\nb) Multibanco reference;
\nc) MB WAY;
\nd) Apple Pay;
\ne) Google Pay;
\nf) Bank transfer with digital IBAN.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][image_with_animation image_url=”2467″ image_size=”full” max_width=”50%” max_width_mobile=”default” animation_type=”entrance” animation=”None” animation_movement_type=”transform_y” hover_animation=”none” alignment=”” border_radius=”none” box_shadow=”none” image_loading=”default”][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]5.2<\/span><\/strong> At Cl\u00ednica Mulher, in-person payments may be made in cash, by debit card, or by credit card. Cheques are not accepted.<\/p>\n

5.3<\/span><\/strong> In the case of credit card payment, the charge will be debited to the User’s card immediately upon confirmation of the ability to provide the service. 6.2<\/span><\/strong> Subsequent adjustments may apply if, during the consultation or procedure, additional services are deemed necessary.<\/p>\n

The User may request changes to or cancellation of their booking through the following channels: reply to the confirmation email; WhatsApp (+351 936 780 009<\/a>); phone (+351 210 063 160<\/a>). It is recommended that any request for changes or cancellation be communicated as far in advance as possible.<\/p>\n

7.2<\/span><\/strong> Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund of the booking fee.<\/p>\n

7.3<\/span><\/strong> In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the booking fee may not be refundable, except in exceptional circumstances duly justified and subject to assessment by Cl\u00ednica Mulher.<\/p>\n

7.4<\/span><\/strong> Failure to attend on the scheduled date and time without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. Cl\u00ednica Mulher reserves the right to require a booking fee for future appointments.<\/p>\n

7.5<\/span><\/strong> Whenever possible, refunds shall be made through the same payment method used for the original payment. If this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership, so that the refund may be processed by bank transfer.<\/p>\n

7.6<\/span><\/strong> Cl\u00ednica Mulher undertakes to refund the User within a maximum of 14 business days.<\/p>\n

7.7<\/span><\/strong> In exceptional circumstances \u2014 for clinical, technical, or force majeure reasons \u2014 Cl\u00ednica Mulher may cancel or reschedule an examination or consultation.
